One of our signature styles is of course English cuisine which also encompasses the cooking styles, traditions and recipes associated with the British Isles.  We know and appreciate the basis of English food which historically characterised by its simplicity of approach and a reliance on the high quality of natural produce. 

We use only the best and most wholesomely produced ingredients to really bring out the tastes and flavours in our dishes. We also understand the importance of history and the story behind regional dishes. Our chefs understand that Traditional meals have ancient origins, such as bread and cheese, roasted and stewed meats, meat and game pies, boiled vegetables and broths, and freshwater and saltwater fish. 


Other meals, such as fish and chips, which were once urban street food eaten from newspaper with salt and malt vinegar, and pies and sausages with mashed potatoes, onions, and gravy which have all been adopted by the numerous population of the UK.
