Sweet Sensations catering brings the tantalising flavour of the Caribbean through a selection of colourful dishes from the region. West Indian or as it is popularity known Caribbean cuisine is a fusion of African Amerindian European, East Indian, and Chinese cuisine. These expansive tastes and flavours were brought from the many homelands of this region's population; this combination of influences has been enhanced by the infusion of local ingredients and styles from the local.

Sweet Sensations are experts in the preparation of these mouth watering dishes for example a popular dish in the Anglophone Caribbean is called "Cook-up", or Pelau. Ackee and Salt Fish is another popular dish that is unique to Jamaica. Callaloo is a dish containing leafy vegetables and sometimes okra amongst others, widely distributed in the Caribbean, with a distinctively mixed African and indigenous character.
